STOCK AVAILABILITY

• We cannot guarantee all products are in stock as they are subject to availability; if any item ordered is out of stock we will telephone or email you and let you know when the item is expected.  You can decide whether to proceed with the order.

DELIVERY

• We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, however goods are subject to availability.  Should delivery be delayed for more than 21 days you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods.  In this case we will refund any money paid by you.

RETURNS

• If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please return it to Smoothly does it within 14 days of receipt. 
  
• To request a replacement, exchange or refund Smoothly does it must be notified in writing, (either by post or email) before an item is returned.  Please return the goods in an unused condition.  We recommend you obtain proof of postage as Smoothly does it cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.  We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods.  You are responsible for postage charges.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  
• If the goods are the result of our error, we will also refund postage charges.  Please send returns to:  Smoothly does it, PO Box 3079, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 9GL.

DESIGNS

• We endeavour to supply custom-made designs to the specifications supplied by you.  However, we cannot guarantee the likeness or suitability of a commissioned piece.
  
• Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are identical as shown.  However occasionally, granadillo drawers are substituted by ebony subject to availability of timber supplies.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

• Smoothly does it is not responsible for typographical errors on our website.

• We reserve the right to delete designs at our discretion.
  
• We reserve the right to change prices according to our supplier's prices.
